Food was delicious, service was OKAY, and the inside looked really cool. :)

Great meal at Kumi during our conference! The portions are on the smaller side, so plan accordingly. They got our order wrong a few times but the good was pretty decent. We enjoyed a bunch of rolls, the soft shell bao buns, miso cod, salmon, and more. Everything was tasty. We had an early dinner so it was more quiet - would recommend coming with a reservation during peak dinner hours.

The atmosphere is great, and the service is friendly, but the food feels overpriced for what you get. It's probably because it's in the Strip. The desserts was delicious.

First time dining here and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend the tuna pizza it was amazing. We also had yellow tail sashimi, hot mess roll, fried rice and matcha green tea bread pudding which were all delicious. Our server gave us great recommendations. The restaurant vibe was fun.

We had some really good sushi here while waiting to see Michael Jackson One. We got the Rainbow Roll and the Kumikaze Roll, both of which had very fresh and tasty fish, along with perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, and the decor is quite nice -- calming, not overly ostentatious, with high ceilings. The staff was really thoughtful and brought out some complimentary ice cream for my wife's birthday. Prices are predictably on the high side, but about on par with the typical resort restaurant. If you're looking for sushi in this part of the strip, it's a good choice!

As soon as you walk in your attention goes straight to their cherry blossom in room they have. It's lit up beautifully and sets up a great ambiance. The service was really good. Our waitress Amanda answered all our questions regarding the menu and helped us select which rolls were most to our liking. We got a large variety to try as we were really hungry: Cherry Blossom- so fresh, yogurt sauce was tangy Kumikaze- fresh lemon is citrusy acidic, sooo good Hot mess- huge bite but so worth it. Crispy onions and spicy mayo add the perfect touch to a soy wrapped roll Shogun- blown away with the toro, the gift that keeps on giving, Fresno chili on point, hits with the shrimp at the end for a harmonious bite We also ordered the tuna pizza, after the amazing rolls we found this dish to be a little over salty. I also traditionally always get miso soup every time I eat miso soup and I'm happy to report that this one was so good; the umami was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. It was my birthday and they brought out some ice cream with a candle which was sweet. But to really satisfy our craving we also ordered the mochi ice cream which came in matcha and strawberry flavor. The perfect ending to an amazing meal. Overall I highly recommend coming here for a great sushi experience.

A very nice tiny experience. More at the higher end for restaurants and pricing (remember, you're getting fresh fish flown in daily to the desert!). The service was very good and the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. Individual sashimi and sushi prices can add up quickly. There are several options which will, at $90 a plate, offer a huge selection of either and plenty to fill you up. Having read previous reviews, we were cautious of a 5% surcharge to look for on the bill. Sure enough it showed up and when we question our waitress she had it promptly removed. We recommended that well it's noted and very tiny print at the bottom of the menu that it either be folded into the price of the food or mentioned by the staff to avoid any surprises to customers. Unfortunately, this particular experience caused them to lose a star in my opinion and was not reflective of food, quality or service. While there is a full bar, sake is only offered by the bottle, at ultra premium prices, meant for either an expense account dinner or a special splurge. Enjoy quality food, but be prepared for some sticker shock!
